  • After course start: No refund unless exceptional circumstances

  • Instructor unavailability
  • Technical issues
  • Force majeure events

In case of company cancellation, you will receive a full refund or course transfer option.

8. Course Attendance and Participation

8.1 Attendance Requirements

To receive course completion certificate:

  • Attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions
  • Complete all required assignments
  • Participate in final assessment
  • Maintain professional conduct
